Starting his career as a disputes lawyer, Harish later transitioned into an in-house role to gain valuable experience in the business side of the law with a total experience of 12 years. 
He specializes in criminal litigation. His expertise includes handling a diverse range of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) suits and criminal proceedings on behalf of banks, including white collar crimes along with other criminal proceedings and writs. 
His success in representing clients extends to various criminal proceedings involving industrialists, celebrities, business houses, and banks. Harish has a deep understanding of the intricacies of different courts and tribunals. Including Apex Court He has provided counsel and representation to prominent Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and business houses, effectively resolving disputes such as winding up petitions, summary suits, and complaints, insolvency related cases. His expertise also includes formulating comprehensive legal opinions on various legal aspects. 
Furthermore, Harish gained first-hand experience in the in-house world during his tenure working directly with the promoter family of the Wadia Group including Britannia Industries Limited and The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited.
